Terms of service.

Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation text or email. Quotes are valid for 24 hours. We may decline a booking if we cannot meet it to our standard.
Rates and payment
Airport transfers are flat rates that include tolls and standard wait time. Hourly service has a two-hour minimum and is billed to the minute after that. Gratuity is at your discretion. Payment is due at the end of the ride unless you hold a corporate account.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to three hours before pickup. Inside three hours, one hour of the booked rate is charged. A no-show is charged the full flat rate or the two-hour minimum.
Wait time and overtime
We wait 60 minutes free on international arrivals, 30 minutes on domestic, and 15 minutes everywhere else. After that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute steps.
Conduct and damage
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Passengers are responsible for damage or cleaning caused during the ride, billed at cost. Chauffeurs may end a ride if passenger conduct endangers anyone.
Liability
We carry commercial livery insurance as required by New York State. We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or sailings caused by delays outside our control, including weather and road closures, though we will always do our best to get you there.
The car is the easy part.
Book once. We handle the rest of the ride, every time after.
