01 / THE IDEA
Boring, on purpose.
Most car services compete on chandeliers and champagne. We compete on the parts you actually remember: the car was early, the price did not move, and nobody had to call anyone. Fourteen vehicles is deliberately small. It means we know every car, every chauffeur, and most of our clients by name.
About half our work is airports. The rest splits between corporate accounts, weddings, and evenings that run long. We are not the cheapest black car in New York, and we are not trying to be. We are the one you stop checking on.

Chauffeurs, not drivers.
Vetting
Every chauffeur passes a background check, a driving record review, and two weeks riding along before their first solo pickup.
Routes
New chauffeurs drive JFK, LGA, and EWR routes with a trainer before they ever carry a passenger.
Accounts
Corporate clients keep the same small pool of chauffeurs, and every one of them signs an NDA.
Cars
Nothing in the fleet is older than three years except the stretch, which earns its keep in wedding photos.
