What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight or train details, and any notes you add. If you pay by card, our payment processor handles the card details; we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run the ride: assign a chauffeur, track your flight, send confirmation texts, and invoice you. We also use booking history to remember your preferences on repeat rides. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your assigned chauffeur sees the details needed for your ride. Our dispatch team and payment processor see what they need to confirm and bill it. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years for accounting. You can ask us to delete your profile and preferences at any time by emailing the address below.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make the booking form and pages work. There are no advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email rides@lenoxchauffeur.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The car is the easy part.
Book once. We handle the rest of the ride, every time after.
