A corporate account is not a discount card. It is a different way of running ground transport, built for teams that book often and cannot babysit logistics.
One invoice, not forty receipts
Every ride your team books lands on one monthly invoice, itemized by passenger, date, and cost center if you use them. Finance gets a single PDF instead of a stack of expense claims.
Priority dispatch
At 6 a.m. on a Monday, every car in the city is spoken for. Account clients book against reserved capacity, which is why the 6:15 pickup to Teterboro exists at all. If a request truly cannot be met, you hear it when you book, never the night before.
The same faces
Accounts are assigned a small pool of chauffeurs who learn the buildings, the garages, and the preferences: which partner rides in silence, who needs the phone charger, which entrance security actually opens. All of them sign NDAs as a condition of the assignment.
Setting one up
Email rides@lenoxchauffeur.com with roughly how many rides a month you expect, or book a first ride and mention the account. Accounts start at ten rides monthly, take one day to set up, and have no fee. If a month is quiet, you simply pay for what you used.
The car is the easy part.
Book once. We handle the rest of the ride, every time after.
