Before you land

Your chauffeur is assigned the day before and receives your flight number, not just a pickup time. We track the flight from departure. If you land 40 minutes early, the car is already there. If you land at 1 a.m. instead of 10 p.m., the pickup moves and the flat rate does not.

Meet & greet

With meet & greet, your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall holding a board with your name, usually right past the exit doors from customs. They take the luggage, and you walk to a car that is already staged. At JFK and EWR this adds about three minutes of walking. At LGA the car is often close enough to see from the door.

Curbside

Prefer to skip the board? Choose curbside. When you have your bags, you text one word and get the car description, plate, and pillar number back. The car pulls up within two to three minutes.
